Viva Piñata Collector's Crate
The Viva Piñata Media Crate or what some of you have been calling, the Ultimate Viva Collection Kit is a rare item indeed. It’s almost as rare as the assortment of piñata that you’re no doubt trying to attract in your very own garden right now.
I’m not sure how many of these are in existence but the odds are not many especially since this particular kit can’t be found in any retail outlet or store for purchase. It’s definitely an item that those who collect things would no doubt be in heaven with.
The Viva crate included of course the game, a specially made Horstachio piñata, a passport with information welcoming you to Piñata Island, a cool media disc, safety information for parents, and a guide filled with cool tips for all new owners of Viva Piñata. Oh and of course there were shreds of piñata stuffing included as well. The crate itself was crafted in wood with the words Viva Piñata branded into the cover that seals the crate. It was the best presentation of a game that I’ve ever come across.
I must say that the Piñata crate represents all that is unique and entertaining about the game. They both manage to take you away to a place that you’d expect a piñata would love. When I first opened the crate, a huge smile appeared on my face. Opening the crate almost felt as if I was setting the piñatas free much like you do when they become residents in your garden.
If these crates were available for resale, they’d easily go for $100 in my opinion and perhaps even more than that. Imagine the looks on a young child’s face when opening the crate to find their very own piñata inside. I’m sure they could get even more use out of the crate by making their own piñata and keeping them in the crate.
